I have been contemplating how the new building will change the spacial sense of how it feels to stand in the center island of Astor Place, next to The Alamo cube which sits at the center of Astor Place. Wondering how it will change the way the walk from Broadway to Saint Marks Place will feel.
You will now be surrounded on all four sides by large, pretty corporate feeling structures....a big difference from just a decade ago....
